Tony Valentine Lead Guitar and Vocals

Tony Valentine is TV Blues!

Born in Bloomington, IL he inherited his love of music from his father James and with the great support of his mother Ruth he was able to pursue his destiny.

He fell in love with the guitar at the age of 12 after acquiring his 1st guitar realizing that this was was the only instrument he ever wanted to play.

By 14, he had already formed his first band playing in clubs for whatever compensation they could or would muster…Drinks, Cash or Food.

It didn’t take long for TV to realize that no matter the style of music he was playing, his style approach was ALWAYS from a Blues perspective. This led him to commit to the Blues as his style and musical direction ever since that very young age.

Although TV had to keep music on the back burner raising three children and founding a drywall business, a trade he has been in for 47 years, he continued to hone his skills on the weekends searching for the right crew which he has finally found!!

TV is the ultimate freestyle bluesman playing with many and varied famous and not-so-famous blues artists over the years since the mid-70’s. This experience has framed his style into the unique artist and front man that connects so well with blues loving audiences.
