TV Blues Band has graced the stage at many blues hotspots over the years in places such as Buddy Guy’s Legends, The House of Blues, Kingston Mines, and Blues on Halstead just to name a few.
Sharing the stage and jamming with many blues greats like Bernard Allison, Larry McCray, Eddie King and Emmett Maestro Sanders (both long time Guitar slingers for Koko Taylor), Savoy Brown, Tab Benoit, Sonny Rhodes and many others puts TV Blues into a singular class of Blues Artists.
Big Festivals like Peoria Illinois’ Riverfront Blues Festival and the Champaign Blues Festivals have put the TVBB in front of large crowds delighting them with their brand of blues stylization.
While the musicians in the band have changed over the years the one constant, Tony Valentine (TV), has always found the right Blues Chemistry for the band and has found it again with this group of accomplished musicians.
